MANAS is an ambitious and over-arching skill development architecture, aimed at providing an all India Level training framework, based upon tie-ups with National/International training organizations (on PPP mode) for imparting training to the minority population, for skills that are currently in demand. It will also provide concessional credit for minority community after meeting their Skilling Need for expanding their existing businesses and setting up new businesses.
MANAS is a multi-dimensional organization and it includes a special vertical for identifying, supporting, and promoting those arts and crafts of minority community which are getting phased out due to globalization. MANAS will establish a Research Chairs for this purpose and in the process help in preserving Hamari Dharoharâ.

“To provide unified access to the Minority communities for Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Training Program (E&SDPs) for the skill sets, which are/will be in demand by the market leading to self/wage-employment, with emphasis on entrepreneurship, to promote “Skill India- Mission/ Make in India”.
- To provide an integrated All India Platform for all stakeholders for providing Skill Training.
- On PPP mode, based upon tie-ups with Local/National/International Organizations for imparting Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Training to the Minority population based upon the demands of local/National/International market.
III. To utilize the Skill Development Architecture of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship by working through NSDC/NSDA/SSC/NSDC training partners etc. and other leading training providers, to ensure standardization of Training and its outcome.
- To link Concessional Credit of NMDFC/other Financial Institutions with skills training of the Minority communities to promote entrepreneurship, self-employment.
- To provide technical & marketing support, through call center for new entrepreneurs, (Karobaari Salahiyat), and E-commerce portal for online marking support.
